Abstract

The implementation assistance of the Merdeka Curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Aceh Tengah aims to improve the quality of learning and teacher competence through systematic training. The activities involved online training via the PINTAR Kemenag Platform and direct training in the Aceh Tengah region. Approaches include project-based training, lesson plan development, authentic assessment, and reflective evaluation. The results show improvements in teachers' ability to design interactive learning aligned with local contexts and the strengthening of Pancasila Student Profiles, such as mutual cooperation, independence, and global diversity in students. However, challenges such as limited learning facilities and the need for further training remain. This article highlights the importance of collaboration between schools, local governments, and educational communities to ensure the sustainability and perfection of Merdeka Curriculum implementation. MAN 1 Aceh Tengah is expected to serve as a model for effective curriculum application in regions with similar geographical and socio-cultural characteristics.
